Upon your initial appointment, our doctors will perform a thorough clinical examination complete with oral cancer screening, and any necessary radiographs. The doctors will then converse, face to face, with you and inform you of the treatments options available. We’ll also be happy to provide you with an estimate on treatment time and a written estimate on the expected cost.
In order to keep your treatment costs as low as possible, payment is due at the time the treatment takes place. If you have dental insurance, as a courtesy, we will submit your forms and take your co-payment at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept the health care credit card- CareCredit.
Please complete your Health Questionnaire and Registration Forms and bring them with you to your appointment. This will allow us to complete your registration and incorporate your information into our practice. If you have dental insurance, you will want to bring your own insurance form or card, completed and signed, to your first visit with us.
Our practice is conveniently located at the junctions of Routes 128 and 38 with ample free parking available. We offer early morning, evening, and Saturday appointments. We look forward to meeting you and thank you for allowing us to serve all your dental needs!
